摘  要:本文对利用植物组织培养的方法选育出的芦笋新品系进行苗期外部形态及切片观察,结果表明:(1)新育品系根系生长势强,茎出芽多,生长速度快;(2)新育品系贮藏根的外皮层,皮层薄壁组织、中柱直径都大于对照和其它参试品种,原型数多于其它品种;(3)新育品系鳞芽茎的薄壁组织比对照和其它品种厚,机械组织较薄,维管束分化晚。从而进一步探明了新育品系丰产。Morphological and stem anutomical characfers of a new asparagusstrain“Jinglin”were observed.The resuIts showed that:(l)there were a strong growing potential and high numberof buds from the stems as well as a fast growing rate of root system of the new strain;(2)the exodermis parenthyma calls and stelar diameter of storage roots of the new strainwere bigger the those of the confrol varieties. The pleome number was higher than thoseof the coutrols;(3)parenthyma was thicker and mechanical tissre in scale bud was thinner in new strain than those of the controls, vascular bundles of the new strain differentiated late.It was proved that there were characters of bumper and high quality of thenew strain.
