摘 要:介绍了感动服务的理念及其在护理实践中的意义。总结了实施感动服务的具体做法:充分尊重病人,创造舒适而方便的环境,提供人性化服务,进行个性化的健康教育,注重工作质量的反馈和监督。感动服务提高了病人的满意度,增强了护士间的合作意识,提高了护士对护理专业的认识,创造了良好的社会效益。提出了在护理工作中实施感动服务的几点要求。The notion and significance of sensation service were introduced. Some measures were proposed, which were respecting patients, creating comfortable and convenient environment, offering individual service, giving personal health education, paying attention to feedback and supervision of nursing quality. Sensation service could increase patients' satisfaction, raising nurses' consciousness of coordination, increase nurses' cognition about nursing, and produce good social effect. Some requirement about how apply sensation service in nursing practice was proposed.
