摘 要:用细胞免疫化学技术及免疫印迹法分别动态检查了肾综合征出血热病毒(HFRSV)膜蛋白(MP)和核蛋白(NP)在外周血单个核细胞(PBM)、尿融台细胞中的表达及尿液中的排出情况,分析其与病情和肾功能的相互关系。发现HFRS患者从入院起至病程两周末PBMC中均有MP和NP表达,尿液中亦有MP和NP排出,随着病情的好转,其表达逐渐减少,而MP之表达强度与病情及肾损较重呈平行关系。75%患者尿液中发现融合细胞,而融合细胞越多,肾损越重。83.3%融合细胞中可检出MP,但NP均为阴性。这些结果表明MP与HFRSV的致病作用相关,这也是HFRSV直接致病的佐证。We detected the structural proteins of virus causing hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) expressed in perepheral blood mononucleal cells (PBMC) and urinary fusion cells by using cytoimmunochemical technique. Meanwhile we determined the structural proteins in urine using immunoblot assay. Theresult showed that the antigens of viral membrane protein (MP) and nucleocapsid (NP) could Simultaneously befound in PBMC and in urine from the day of admission up to the end of two weeks of the illness in HFRS patients.The degree of expression decreased gradually when the condition of the patients became better,and the MP intensity expressed in paralled with the clinical condition and the degree of damange in renal function. Fusion cells werefound in the urine of 75% (18/24) patients. The more the fusion cells found,the severer the kidney injured. MPcould be found in about 83. 3% (15/18) of fusion cells,but there was no NP found in all cases. These data suggestthat MP may be related with pathogenesis of HFRSV and also strongly support that HFRSV may have direct cytopathogenic effect.
