弥漫性硬皮病患者血浆置换后血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ的变化

摘　　要：26例弥漫性硬皮病患者行血浆置换治疗。观察治疗前及治疗后半个月、3个月、9个月、18个月的血浆肾素、血管紧张Ⅱ（ATⅡ）的变化，并与26例青霉胺治疗者对照、治疗前血浆肾素、ATⅡ均显著高于正常（P＜0．01），血浆置换（PF）组治疗半个月后显著下降（P＜0．05），治疗后各阶段与青霉胺组比较显著性降低（P＜0．05～P＜0．01）。156次PE操作发生低血压6次，经处理后恢复正常。Variation of plasma renin and angiotensin Ⅱ (AT Ⅱ) in diffuse scleroderma patients (26 cases) after plasma exchange (PE) was reported. To compare with normal subjtct,the levels of plasma renin and AT Ⅱ inthese patients showed significant increase after PE treatment (P<0.01). After 6 times of PE,the levels of plasmarenin and AT Ⅱ decreased markly than be fore treatment (P<0. 05). One and half year after PE,the levels of plasma renin and AT Ⅱ were also lower than those of D-penicillamine treated group(P<0. 05~P<0.01). Patients ofPE group showed less hypertension and internal organ impairement than those of D-penicillamine group. The commonest side effect of PE was hypotension,it could be well treated by transfusion.
