摘　　要：目的:探讨上胸部形成的真皮下血管网薄皮瓣经扩张术后用以修复面颊部瘢痕畸形。方法:设计胸部皮瓣包括两部分,蒂段为轴型皮瓣包含颈横动脉前皮支与(或)胸廓内动脉穿支的分支,该段从胸肌筋膜浅面剥离,扩张术后主要用以携带薄皮瓣血运;远段从皮下脂肪剥离,远段为傍轴型血管的真皮下血管网薄皮瓣,扩张后用以完成畸形修复。结果:22例面颊部烧伤畸形经修复后外形与功能获改善与恢复。结论:依畸形情况选择上胸部纵向和横向薄皮瓣扩张术后修复面颊部瘢痕畸形,是较理想的方法。Objective： Discusses the dermis hemorrhaging pipe network pellicle petal which the chest forms after the expansion technique with by to repair the cheek department scar to be abnormal. Methods：The design chest skin petal including two parts, peduncle Duan Weizhou the skin petal contains in front of the neck transverse artery Pi Yuhuo in the chest gallery the artery to put on a branch, this section strips from the fascia pectoralis shallow surface, after this section of expansions technique importantly with by carries the pellicle petal blood circulation, the far section strips from the hypodermic fat, far Duan Weibang the axis blood vessel dermis hemorrhaging pipe network pellicle petal, after the expansion with by completes the abnormal repair. Results： 22 examples cheeks department burn abnormally the contour and the function attains the improvement and the restoration after the repair. Conclusion： The chest longitudinal and the crosswise pellicle petal expansion technique repairs the cheek department scar after the abnormal situation choice in to be abnormal, is the ideal method.
