摘　　要：对非物质文化遗产保护的关注正日益增强。公共图书馆应转变观念,积极参与非物质文化遗产保护,并通过参与研究与调查,建立非物质文化遗产的文献保存与开发利用体系,做好非物质文化遗产保护的宣传教育工作。At present, people pay more and more attention to the protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. The public libraries should change the idea and participate in the protection activities of the Intangible Cultural Heritage actively：. At the same time, the public libraries should set up the system of the Intangible Cultural Heritage＇s document preservation, development and utilization system through taking part in the work of research and investigation. The library also should do the propagandistic and educational work about the protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage well.
