培育公务员精神要着力营造“三大环境”

摘　　要：培育和弘扬公务员精神,是在公务员队伍中加强社会主义荣辱观教育的重要措施和具体体现,是解决公务员队伍中存在的突出问题的重要途径,具有非常重要的意义。要把培育和弘扬公务员精神作为一项重要任务,贯穿到实施公务员法的全过程,贯穿到健全和完善公务员制度的全过程,贯穿到加强公务员队伍建设的全过程。因此,我们要着力营造和谐的舆论环境、良好的实践环境和完善的制度环境,来培育和弘扬公务员精神,努力建设一支政治坚定、业务精湛、作风过硬、人民满意的公务员队伍。To nurture and popularize the civil servant spirit is an important measure to inculcate the sense of socialist honor and disgrace and an important way to solve the main problems in the civil servants,which is of great significance.We should treat it as an important task and carry it out in the whole procession of putting the public servant law into practice,improving and perfecting the civil servant system and strengthening the construction of the civil servants group.Therefore,we should exert ourselves to build a harmonious media environment,a favorable practice environment and a perfect system environment in order to nurture and advocate the civil servant spirit and build a politically firm, professionally outstanding civil servants group.
