摘　　要：针对某智能诊断系统中的故障信号检测联机获取问题,采用串行通信接口,实现了动态检测数据的实时通信传输。上位机智能诊断系统控制下位机调理板采集被检测系统的信号并转换为数字格式,通过通信板传到上位机,然后进行数据分析和故障诊断。介绍了系统的组成结构和联机数据通信、诊断过程,给出了实例程序。有效地解决了智能诊断系统动态检测数据的实时获取。Based on fault signal on-line detection problems in intelligent diagnosis system, real time detection, transmission and communication of dynamic test data are realized by means of serial communication interfaces. System composition structure, on-line data communication and diagnosis course are described, and actual example program is given. The system can solve problem of real time acquisition of dynamic test data in intelligent diagnosis system.
