摘  要:自1983年4月至1996年4月应用后路器械矫正脊柱侧凸畸形150例。特发性脊柱侧凸占128例。先期82例采用Harrington撑开,Luque法或Harrington加Luque结合法。自1992年以来68例选用C-D器械矫正20例,Harrington撑开加棘突基部钢丝环扎26例,Harrington撑开加椎板下钢丝环扎22例,其平均矫正率分别达67.40%,62.74%和65.90%,效果满意。作者主张应早期手术,条件合适者首选C-D器械矫正。为获得畸形永久的稳定,关键是确实牢固的脊柱融合。One hundred and fifty cases of scoliosis were treated by spinal posterior instrumentation from April,1983 to April,1996.In this group, most of the patients(128/150) were idiopathic. Primarily 82 cases were corrected with the Harrington rod. Luque segmental spinal instrumentation or both Harrington and Luque rod. Since 1992,68 cases had been corrected, in which 20 cases were by Cotrel-Dubousset(C-D) instrumentation,26 cases by Harrington distraction rod and base of spinous processes wires,22 cases by Harrington distraction rod and sublaminar wires.The correction rate of scoliosis in average was 67.40%.62.74%and 65.90%,respectively. Satisfactory results were obtained in all of these cases. In this article, the earlier operation was suggested. If its indications were optimized, the C-D instrumentation was the first selection. In order to achieve the permenant correction, the sound spinal arthrodesis was the highlight.
