摘　　要：压缩机轴承座螺孔周向呈放射状开裂是少见的早期断裂失效。本文在现场调查的基础上，通过化学成分测定、显微组织分析、ＳＥＭ断口观察及螺纹机械加工精度的评定，探讨了裂纹的萌生及裂纹扩展的促进因素，并对开裂轴承座的继续使用提出了处理意见。It is less breaking failure that the bolt hole of compressor bearing stand has arisen radial crack.The reason of nucleation and propagation of crack has been studied by measuring a chemical composition, analysing the microstructure and observing the fracture surface.
