摘　　要：从PKI的构成和它涉及的核心技术进行分析,提出了构建基于PKI的医疗信息体系是可行的,并对PKI构建的安全医疗信息体系进行了分析和研究。Security is the most important requirement of medical information system. This paper introduces the implementation of PKI and some core technologies ensuring medical information system security. Furthermore, it discusses the application of the medical information system constructed by PKI.
