摘  要:为了能较准确地无创性诊断阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的类型,对经心内电生理明确PSVT类型的106例短R-P'性PSVT患者的PSVT频率、RPE间距、PV1-PE时距、有无S2R间期跳跃式延长现象、频率依赖性束支阻滞、QRS波电交替、体表心电图(ECG)p'波形态方向、房室传导阻滞等体表ECG及食管电生理八个方面特征进行了研究,认为绝大多数短R-P'性PSVT可通过分析体表ECG及食管电生理的特征变化确定其PSVT类型,特别是观察PV1-PE时距、RPE间距、体表ECGP'形态和有无S2R间期跳跃式延长现象等四个方面变化在PSVT分型诊断中具有重要意义.In order to determine the types of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with Non-invasive methods,the changes of surface ECG and esophageal electrophysiology in 106 PSVT patients who had short R-P intervals in ECG were studied. Each type of PSVT had its own features in eight aspects(which including:PSVT frequency,RPE intervals,PV1-PE intervals,sudden jump of S2R intervals,rate dependent bundle branch block,QRS alternans,P shapes on ECG and atrioventricular block).Moreover,four aspects of them had significant value in the differentiate diagnosis of PSVT.They were Pv1-PE intervals,RPE intervals,P shapes on ECG and sudden jump of S2R intervals. Conclusion:PSVT with short R-P intervals could be determined their types with non-invasive methods.
