摘 要:采用随机排列方法施用肥药双效剂1125 2.8 g.kg-1;2125 0.9,1.0 g.kg-1;以施用15%菜腐灵2.0g.kg-1为对照,探讨了肥药双效剂2125,1125对大白菜生长发育、产量、品质及生理指标的影响。结果表明:经2125处理的大白菜比对照和施用1125的极显著增加外叶数、产量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量,极显著降低相对电导率。施用2125的大白菜与对照相比,极显著和显著增加叶片鲜重、干重、比叶重、净菜率和株高。施用1125的大白菜比对照极显著增加产量、可溶性糖含量、SOD、叶绿素b含量、可溶性蛋白质含量,显著降低相对电导率与叶绿素a含量。施用2125和1125的大白菜叶面积比对照略有增加,帮叶比略有提高,对大白菜“三病”的防治效果明显。15%菜腐灵虽对大白菜软腐病有一定防效,但降低产量、品质和耐储性;而施用2125和1125能促进大白菜的生长发育,提高产量和品质,改变大白菜的生理代谢机能,增加耐储性,可替代15%菜腐灵。In this paper, the effects of the fertilizer agents 1125 and 2125 on the growth and development, yield, quality and the physiological target of the Chinese cabbage, were explored, using the stochastic testing method and employing 1125 2.8g/kg, 2125 0. 9,1. 0g/kg, with 15% Green decayedelf on Chinese cabbage for comparison. The results showed that the Chinese cabbage treated with 2125 accelerated significantly the outer lamella number, yield, soluble sugar and protein and chorophyl contents, and decreased the relative electrical rates more extremely than the Chinese cabbage treated with 1125. The Chines.e cabbage treated with 2125 increased the fresh weight and dry weight of leaves, specific leaf weight, the rate of net weight and plant height much morc markedly than the Chinese cabbage marked ck. The Chinese cabbage treated with 1125 improved the yield, soluble sugar and protein, SOD and chorophyl b and decreased the relative electrical rates and chorophyl a much more than the Chinese cabbage marked ck; the Chinese cabbage treated with 2125 and 1125 improved the rate of leaf area and the rate of the green part and the white part slightly, but had a good effect on the Chinese cabbage "three diseases" prevention and cure. The 15% Green decayed-elf could prevent the soft-decay to some extent, but decreased the yield, quality and storage property. In short, 2125 and 1125 could improve the growth and development, increase the yield and quality, change the physiological engineering, improve the storage property and should replace the use of 15% Green decayed-elf.
