摘　　要：标志性食品蔬菜是新阶段蔬菜产业发展的方向,是“菜篮子”工作的主要任务.本文概述了无公害蔬菜的概念、区别与国内外生产现状,同时指出当前蔬菜发展方向,应确立无公害蔬菜、绿色蔬菜和有机蔬菜“三位一体、整体推进”的发展战略;有条件的地方和企业,应积极发展绿色和有机蔬菜.Significant food vegetable is the direction of new development stage in vegetable industry ,the main task in the work of ＂vegetable basket＂. This paper has summed up the concept, difference and domestic and international current situation about the non-polluted vegetables, and at the same time pointed out that the developing direction about the present vegetable should establish the strategy of ＂the trinity and whole advancement＂ about the non-polluted, green and organic vegetable. We should develop green and organic vegetable if condition is permitted in some places and enterprises.
