火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中成药中微量元素

摘　　要：利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了中成药复方半夏片中14种微量元素.Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、K、Na、Mn、Cu、Co、Sr、Cr、N i、Cd、Pb的含量分别为365.4、162.0、1 035.8、24.74、599.9、149.1、42.1、22.8、3.88、12.8、20.26、7.15和10.77μg.g-1,Cd未检出.详细研究了消化液种类、HNO3和HC lO4的比例、消化体积及消化时间对测定结果的影响.The fufangbanxia tables were digested with HNO3-HC1 mixed acid and fourteen trace elements in digested solution were determined by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry. The content of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, sodium, manganese, copper, cobalt, strontium, chromium, nickel, and lead in fufangbanxia tables were 365.4, 162.0, 1035.8, 24.74, 599.9, 149.1, 42.1, 22.8, 3.88, 12.8, 20.26, 7. 15 and 10.77 μg · g^-1, respectively. No cadmium component was detected. The effects of mixed acid, the ratio of HNO3 to HCl in mixed acid, the volume of digesting solution and the digesting time were also investigated in detail.
