摘 要:对以β-氨基丁酸(BABA)为主要成份研制的BABA合成制剂温室诱导辣椒和番茄抗TMV、CMV、疫病、疮痂病和根结线虫及田间诱导大白菜抗霜霉病的活性开展了研究。结果表明,10% BABA可溶性粉剂对多种病害的诱抗效果均好于BABA纯剂,以对辣椒疫病的诱抗效果最佳,接种后10 d诱抗效果仍高迭88%;对大白菜抗霜霉病的诱抗效果也较生产上常用药剂甲霜锰锌要好。BABA衍生物对TMV、CMV、疫病和根结线虫亦表现出一定的诱抗潜能。β- aminobutyric acid (BABA) is a plant chemical inducers of resistance which can induces resistance against a large number of plant pathogens. The activity of BABA compound induced resistance against many vegetable diseases in the greenhouse or field was investigated. Our results showed that 10 % BABA soluble powder was more effective against diseases than pure BABA. The activity against pepper phytophthora blight by 10 % BABA soluble powder was more than 88 % 10 days after inoculation. The efficacy in controlling Chinese cabbage downy mildew was better than metalaxylmancozeb wettable powder. BABA derivatives also showed potential to induce resistance against TMV, CMV, phytophthora blight and nematodes.
