摘  要:采用改进的磷钼蓝分光光度法进行水中总磷的快速检测。结果表明,络合物的最大吸收波长为700nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.60×104 L.mol-1.cm-1,水中总磷浓度在0.02~0.60mg.L-1范围内符合比尔定律,16min可完成一个水样的测试,络合物颜色在60min内保持稳定,常见的共存离子均不干扰测定。总磷快速检测混合试剂的保存期长,该方法是一种准确、灵敏、快速、简便的水中总磷测定方法。An improved phosphoantimonylmolybdenum blue spectrophotometric method was described in the present study and has been applied to determining total phosphorus in environmental water. We found that the complex had a maximum absorption at 700 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.60×10^4L^-1·mol·cm^-1 The system obeyed Beer, s Law in the range 0.02-0.60 mg·L^-1 for total phosphorus. A sample could be tested within 16 min and the color of the complex was stable for 60 min. Common concomitant ions were not found to disturb the determination. The mixed reagent had a long period of validity. The method was discovered to be accurate, sensitive, rapid and simple in the determining of total phosphorus in environmental water.
