摘  要:就白腐真菌漆酶对环境中几种常见的有毒污染物的降解效果进行了研究。结果表明:白腐真菌漆酶能够很好地催化氧化芳胺类及其衍生物,当控制苯胺浓度<800 mg.L-1、邻苯二胺浓度<150 mg.L-1时,白腐真菌漆酶对苯胺、邻苯二胺的降解率都可达90%、100%;白腐真菌漆酶对硝基苯类化合物的降解效果不明显,当控制其浓度<150 mg.L-1时,对硝基苯化合物的降解率可达80%。Degradation effects of several common poisonous pollutions in environment by laccase from white rot fungus were studied. The experimental results showed that laccase from white rot fungus had good catalytic ability for oxidization of arylamine compounds and their derivatives. Degradation rate of aniline and o-phenylenediamine by laccase from white rot fungus could reach 90% and 100% ,when the concentration of aniline,o-phenylene diamine were controlled under 800 mg· L^-1 , 150 mg· L^-1. Whereas degradation effect of nitrobenzene was limited with degratation rate 80% ,when its concentration was controlled under 150 mg · L^-1.
