摘　　要：礼貌礼仪规范对开展好高校图书馆读者服务工作有着重要的作用。高校图书馆读者服务工作中要加强馆员的礼貌礼仪培训;同时要利用图书馆的教育职能,对大学生读者开展礼貌礼仪教育。The standardizalion of courtesies and decencies is very important in services of college libraries.Tt is necessary to strengbthces the training work of college librarians in courtesies and decencies.Meanwhile the function of education of a library should be embodinal so a to educate student readers with courtesies and decencies.
