摘　　要：本文通过对企业管理与旅游规划编制全面质量管理的共同性和差异性的阐述,对旅游规划编制单位全面质量管理体系的构建做了初步探讨,并在此基础上进行总结研究,提出了旅游规划编制质量管理的具体措施。Through detailed analysis of the commonality and diversity between enterprise management and the comprehensive quality management of tourism planning, this paper has done a preliminary study of the comprehensive quality management system of tourism planning unit, and on that basis the study proposed some specific measures for the quality management of tourism planning.
