摘　　要：在新体制下,要优化货币政策,就要增强货币政策的独立性、强化货币政策的市场性、实现货币政策的规则性。货币政策优化有赖于中介目标与政策工具的市场化改革进程。要优化货币政策决策,就要构建完善的中央银行信息支持系统。Under the new management system, we should promote the independency of, strengthen the marketability of, implement the speciiqcation of monetary policy. The optimization of monetary policy relies on the economic reform process of the medium target and policy instruments. The information-supporting system of central bank is set up perfectly so that the decision-making of monetary policy be optimized.
