摘　　要：句法定义和语义定义是语词定义的两种重要类型,前者的作出无须假定关于相应系统的一种解释,也无须满足某些语言外条件(如可证实性),而后者的作出必须先假定关于相应系统的一种解释,也必须满足某些语言外条件(如可证实性)。The definition for syntax and the definition for semantics are the two essential categories of the definition for words and phrases. Giving a definition for the former need neither assume an explanation for a relative system, nor meet any condition irrelevant to the language （e. g. , a condition approvable）. However, giving a definition for the latter has not only to prepare an explanation for the assumed relative system, but also to meet certain conditions relevant to the language （e. g. , a condition approvable）.
