摘　　要：论述了邓小平人才思想形成的理论基础和实践依据,分析了新的时代背景下邓小平同志对人才的界定标准和使用人才的基本原则,总结提炼了邓小平人才思想时代性、思想性、示范性的鲜明特色。We clarify the theoretical basis and actual practice for the formation of Deng Xiaoping＇s ideas on talents, and analyzes his definition and principles of talent use in the new era. On such a basis, we conclude the remarkable characteristics of Deng＇s ideas on talents： his ideas are special products of his time, they have reached the height of theoretical thoughts and they can be used as guiding principles.
