摘  要:针对坦克装甲车辆火炮控制系统,设计了以数字信号处理器为控制核心,以第三代智能功率模块(IPM)为逆变器,以永磁同步电机(PMSM)为驱动电机的数字交流炮控伺服系统。系统采用F28X系列DSP控制器,它不但可提供强大的程序容量和运算速度,而且把马达控制中常用的硬件电路固化在芯片中,完全可以满足对电动机控制愈来愈高的性能要求。系统的总体解决方案为以电传控制系统为基础,配以陀螺仪组、传感器及必要的机械传动装置,结果表明,整个驱动系统可靠性高,控制灵活。Aimed at tank armored vehicle gun control system, taking digital signal processor as control core, a 3rd generation intelligent power module as inverter, a permanent-magnet synchronous motor as driving motor, digital alternative gun control servo system is designed. The system uses F28X series DSP controller, it can not only provide powerful program capacity and high driving speed , but also fix hardware circuit usually used in motor control in chip, and can completely satisfy enhanced performance requirements for electric motor. Based on electric driving control system, overall solution of the system is equipped with gyroscope assembly, sensors and necessary mechanic transmission devices and so on. Study result showed that full control system has high reliability and flexibility control characteristics.
