目测法行新生儿桡动脉采血效果观察

摘　　要：目的探索一种方便、快捷、有效的新生儿桡动脉穿刺采血方法。方法将155例行桡动脉采血的新生儿随机分为两组,分别用触摸法和目测法行桡动脉穿刺,观察两种方法的一次穿刺成功率,平均采血时间等。结果一次穿刺成功率两组无显著性差异(P＞0．05),目测法采血时间短于触摸法(P＜0．05)。结论目测法行新生儿桡动脉采血可代替触摸法,是一种更为方便、快捷的采血方法。Objective To explore a convenient, rapid and effective method of neonatal radial artery blood sampling. Methods 155 cases with neonatal radial artery blood sampling were divided into groups randomly by touching and visual methods and success rate of first puncture and mean time of blood sampling were observed, Results There was no significant difference in success rate of first puncture between two groups （P〉0.05）, The mean time of blood sampling in visual method group was shorter than that of touching group. Conclusions The visual method of neonatal radial artery blood sampling is a convenient, rapid and effective method, which can replace the touch method.
