摘　　要：在对国内金融控股公司的发展现状和模式进行分析比较的基础上,结合我国的实际,提出我国金融控股公司组建模式的建议,以期对我国有关金融控股公司的相关制度建设有所裨益。Based on an analysis and comparison of domestic financial holding companies＇ development status quo and mode, the authors take into the actual condition into account and put forward some advice on the construction mode of these companies, in the hope of being helpful to the related systems of Chinese financial holding companies.
