摘　　要：领导干部的生活作风关系到党的事业成败。廉洁文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,与社会主义荣辱观具有本质的联系,它提供了促进领导干部优良生活作风形成的思想观念源泉和社会文化环境,是领导干部生活作风建设的宝贵资源和有效手段。领导干部优良生活作风的形成是廉洁文化与党的先进性建设互动发展的结晶,是社会主义荣辱观的重要体现。The leading cadres＇ fine life-style relates to the cause of the Party success or failure. The culture of incorruptibility is an important content of contemporary advanced culture, has essential ties with the socialist outlooks on the honour and disgrace. It affords a source of ideology and a social cultural environment for formation of leading cadres＇ fine life-style. Therefore it must be valuable resource and effective means for cultivating leading cadres＇ fine style. The formation of the leading cadres＇ fine life-style is crystallization of interaction between the culture of incorruptibility development and the party＇ s advanced nature construction ; it is an important reflection of fostering the socialist outlooks on the honour and disgrace.
