高胆红素血症患儿听觉脑干诱发电位异常的综合治疗与护理体会

摘　　要：目的:对新生儿高胆红素血症所致听觉脑干诱发电位异常(BAEP)患儿进行综合治疗。方法:将86例因高胆红素血症入院测BAEP异常患儿随机分为治疗组56例和对照组30例,对照组给予光疗、对症治疗等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用甲氯芬酯(维脑健)、环磷腺苷(康纳欣)综合治疗,10d后复查BAEP。结果:治疗组异常消失率达93%,对照组为6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对高胆红素血症所致BAEP异常患儿积极进行综合治疗疗效显著。Objective： Comprehensive treatment is carried on the baby patients abnormal in the brainsten auditory evoked potential （BAEP） resulting from hyperbiliubinemia of the newborn babies. Methods： 86 babies were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 56） and control group（n = 30）. light theapy, eapectant treatment were given to the control group, on the basis of suitable remedy, meclofenoxate hydrochloride, cAMP were applied in the treatment group. Ten days later, brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP）were reexamined. Results： Unusual symptoms disappear by up to 93% in the treatment group, while 6% in the control group,two groups showed significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The curative effect of comprehensive treatment of the baby patients abnormal in the brainsten auditory evoked potential （BAEP） resuiting from hyperbiliubinemia of the newborn babies is remarkable.
