摘　　要：新出台的《美国国家安全战略》内容可以概括为：两大支柱、九项基本任务、三种手段和三个依托。该战略具有理想主义倾向的战略哲学、扩张主义的战略谋略和实用主义的战略原则。新的战略表现出干涉主义更加明显、对非传统安全的重视和对中国发展的担心。The newly published The National Security Strategy of the United States of America can be summarized into the following points:two pillars,nine basic tasks,three methods and three backings.It possesses the features of a strategic philosophy with idealistic tendency,a strategic resourcefulness of expansion and a strategic principle of pragmatism.The new strategy gives more evident expression to intervention,pays more attention to non-traditional security and looks with misgiving at China's development.
