摘　　要：中欧关系的发展以及欧盟自身的战略和经济利益考量，使欧盟解除对华军售禁令一度出现良好势头。但从目前看，解禁前景还不容乐观：一方面是欧洲统一进程步伐放缓，欧盟的步调难以统一；另一方面，美国等外部力量的阻挠，也是难以迅速解禁的重要因素。Development of China-EU relations and EU's consideration of its own strategic and economic interests,has once shown a good sign for the removal of EU ban on weapon sales to China.However,the prospect of lifting the ban is still unpromising.On the one hand,the pace of unification process of Europe has been slowed down and it is hard for the EU to keep in step.On the other hand,outside obstructions from the U.S.and other countries also constitute an important obstacle to lifting the ban without delay.
