摘  要:为了提高电火花线切割精加工的精确度,采用高速走丝气中电火花线切割加工方法,对模具钢加工表面质量进行了实验研究,并和乳化液中的线切割加工表面质量进行了比较.实验结果表明,与传统线切割加工相比,气中线切割加工具有良好的直线度和高加工速度(金属去除率)等特点.当走丝速度提高时,气中及液中加工的直线度都明显变差,加工速度均降低,工件的表面粗糙度值均增大.随着工作台进给速度的提高,气中加工的加工速度呈现上升趋势.This paper studies the surface quality of tool steel with High - speed wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) method, which is conducted in gas to improve the accuracy of finish cut, and compares the surface quality in atmosphere and in emulsion dielectric. Experiment results showed that WEDM in atmosphere offers advantages such as better straightness and higher material removal rate. It has been found that at a higher winding speed the straightness get worse significantly, with the material removal rate decreased and the surface roughness value increased at the meanwhile both in atmosphere and emulsion dielectric. Moreover, the removal rate in atmosphere has an enlarging trend with the increasing feed of the worktable.
