摘 要:在热态循环流化床实验台上进行了不同工况燃煤过程汞控制特性的研究,得出如下结论:循环流化床燃煤过程对燃煤中汞的排放具有一定的控制作用;多煤种混烧在汞的控制方面优于单煤种燃烧;煤中掺入石灰石可以有效地减少汞向大气的排放;燃烧的煤种不同,汞的排放特性也不相同。A pilot-scale experimental research is conducted to study the mercury emission control from coal blends combustion and lime stone as one kind of additive into coal in circulating fluidized bed (CFB). Effects of different conditions on mercury profile in flue gas,bottom ash,fly ash are analyzed. The conclusions are the follows. CFB is efficient to control mercury emission in coal combustion,mercury content in flue gas evidently decreasest different coal blends combustion is superior to pure coal combustion in controlling mercury emission in flue gas; lime stone as one kind of additive into coal is important to minimize mercury content in flue gast in addition,different coal combustion has different mercury controlling efficiency,this is because the constituents of different coals is not the same. The principle of controlling mercury emission of CFB is discussed here,the main reasons include the bed temperature being low,the unburned carbon in fly ash being high, the fly ash concentration in flue gas being high,the quantity of bottom ash being large.
