摘　　要：NS1蛋白是在细胞凋亡中发挥重要作用的流感病毒蛋白之一。流感病毒NS1是的颉颃剂,押制干扰素诱导的抗凋亡效应,同时也与病毒的致病力有直接的关系。详尽论述了NS1蛋白在细胞凋亡中的作用及其抗凋亡的作用机制,流感病毒的免疫预防和delNS1病毒作为特异性肿瘤杀手在临床上应用的前景与近年来的研究进展。NS1 protein is one of the first influenza virus protein suggested to have a particularly important role in apoptosis.NS1 protein is an alpha/beta interferon antagonist , inhibiting the anti-virus effects of IFN, at the same time having a direct relationship with pathogenesis. This review summarized the mechanism and effect of apoptosis induced by NS1, prevention of influenza virus, prospect delNS1 virus as special tutor killer in practice, which appeared and recognized in recent years.
