摘　　要：建设资源节约型社会是我国国情决定的。各级领导干部在建设资源型社会中肩负重要责任,起到“龙头”作用。因此,对重大工程和项目的决策要正确;抓经济工作的思路要对头;领导干部的自身消费观念和消费方式要节俭。The construction of a resources - saving society is determined by China＇s national conditions. Cadre at all the levels shall shoulder the responsibility and play the leading roles. Therefore, the cadres must be correct in the policy - making of the key projects, in the conception in the economic work and thrifty in the consumption ideology and its mode.
