摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国经济发展取得了伟大成就,但与此同时,资源消费量急剧增加,环境压力越来越大。为了处理好资源承载能力和环境承载能力,就必须发展循环经济,注重生态效率,建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会,促进可持续发展。Since the reform and the opening to the outside world, our country has made great progress in economic development, but at the same time, the amount of resources consumption has increased rapidly, and more and more stress comes from environment. In order to improve the resources handling capacity and the environment handling capacity, we must develop circulating economy, emphasize ecological efficiency, build up the resources- saving and environmentally- friendly society and promote the sustainable development.
