摘　　要：“解放天性”的训练练习,一直在其做法上,以及原理的认识上不一致,争论不断,它在有些理论部分与斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基的“从自我出发”理论有可能发生混淆之处,为了澄清这两者在理论上的偏颇,本文对此加以辨析,以求在教学的原理上有一科学的解释,避免盲目性。The exercise for actor training generally described as ＂enancipation of human nature＂ has been understood so diversely that it has caused much controversy in Chinese actor training practices. The rationale behind it may be confused with the Stanislavskian concept of ＂starting from the self＂. This essay aims to clarify some of these points of confusion and to highlight some of the biases and presuppositions of their respective guiding concepts so as to give them a pragmatic and rational footing in actor training methodology.
