摘　　要：着重介绍了毛型腈纶油剂ＪＱＭ－１０３的配方设计依据，以及毛型腈纶制造和后加工对油剂的要求。该油剂经使用效果较好，无臭无异味，稳定性好，调配简单，使用时泡沫少，能满足各项工艺要求，是一种理想的毛型腈纶油剂。The designing principles of spin-finishing oil JQM-103 for wool-like PAN fiber and requirements to manufacture such finish oil and the aftertreatment finishing are introduced.JQM-103 is determined by the designing principles and many experiments. It is shown that this type of finish oil is suitable for the spinning process of wool-like PAN fiber.
