摘　　要：人才选拔思想是江泽民人才思想的重要内容,他在继承邓小平人才思想的基础上,从什么是人才、人才选拔的标准、人才选拔的途径等方面丰富和发展了邓小平人才思想。Talent hunting thought is an important part of Jiang Zeming＇ s talent thought. On the basis of suceeding Deng Xiaoping＇ s talent thought, Mr. Jiang enriched and developed the thought from the aspect of talent＇ s connotation, the criterion of talent hunting and the way of talent hunting.
