摘 要:为了探讨高压加热与微波抗原修复方法在乳腺癌雌、孕激素受体检测中的作用,对56例乳腺癌组织分别作高压与微波抗原修复,采用免疫组化方法进行雌、孕激素受体检测,显微镜下观察.结果表明:采用高压抗原修复法检测的ER和PR阳性率分别为83.93%与80.36%,其中中度阳性和强阳性占阳性总数比例ER为72.34%;PR为73.33%.而采用微波抗原修复法检测的ER与PR阳性率分别为73.21%和69.64%,其中中度阳性与强阳性占阳性总数比例ER为51.22%;PR为51.28%.在雌、孕激素受体的检测中,高压加热法比微波修复法效果更好、更理想.In order to investigate and compare the apply value using hyperbaric heating(HH) and microwave antigenic repair(MAR) for detecting receptor of estrogen and progestin. 55 mammary cancer specimens were treated using HH and MAR. Applying immunohistochemical method the receptor of estrogen and progestin was observed and detected under the microscope. Results shown: Using HH the positive rates of ER and PR were 83.93 %, 80.36%, respectively. Their moderate and evident positive rates among total fetes were 72.34%, 73.33%, respectively. Using MAR the positive rates of ER and PR were 73.21%, 69.64%, respectively. Their moderate and evident positive rates among total rates were 51.22% ,51.28%, respectively. HH was able to take higher diagnotic accuracy and abvantages of simplicity and efficiency than MAR for detecting receting receptor of estrogen and progestin.
