摘　　要：目的探索一种简便实用的ELISA室内质控数据的统计学实时分析方法,为保证采供血机构血液筛查实验结果的可靠性提供技术支持。方法根据直线回归分析中“诊断异常点”的理论,通过计算机EXCEL软件对实验所获得的质控品测定值进行统计学处理。结果初步应用表明,该方法克服了常规作图法的不便,可对每次实验所测得的质控数据进行实时判定,能明确判断实验过程中质控品的测定值是否在控。结论这种分析方法适用于一般血站血液检验实验室的应用。Objective In order to provide a technological support to the reliability of bood-screening in blood centers,we explored a simple and practical statistical approach for analysis of ELISA internal quality control data. Method According to the theory of detecting outliers in linear regression analysis, the measured value of the samples in quality control was processed by EXCEL. Results This method overcomed the deficiency in routine plotting methods. It showed that this method clearly distinguished whether the measured values of the samples were under quality control during the experiment. Conclusion It provides the results shortly and may be applied in immunology laboratories.
