容栅传感器在汽车轮胎充气枪中的应用

摘　　要：汽车轮胎的内压不足易造成汽车侧偏刚度变差，影响汽车操纵稳定性；内压过大在行驶中易造成爆胎，是许多交通事故的原因之一。因此，汽车轮胎充气时要测量内压。数显式汽车轮胎充气枪采用了容栅传感器和独特的结构，测量范围为0～1000kPa，测量精度为1．25kPa，满足了使用要求。实现了同步测量和内压调节及充气和测量压力的数字显示。Too small inner pressure of tire affects the stability of vehicle operating, too much inner pressure of tire causes detonation, which is one reason of many traffic accidents. It is very important to measure the inner pressure of tire when tire is inflated. Tire inflation gun with digital display is designed by using capacitive transducer and specific construction,its range is 0 ～ 1 000 kPa and its precision is 1.25 kPa, it can satisfy the demand for use. Inner pressure can be adjusted and measured synchronously. The inflation prussure is displayed in digital.
