摘 要:通过高功率微波辐照后不同时间家免视网膜组织结构的变化,探讨其对视网膜所产生的急性损伤效应。青紫蓝大灰兔28只随机分为假性辐照组和辐照后0h、3h、6h、12h、24h和72h组。用90W/cm2电磁波全身辐照15min,对各组取材包埋固定,光镜观察其视网膜层厚度和细胞计数的变化。各组家免视网膜的组织结构与假辐照组相比均有不同程度改变,实验数据表明:高功率微波辐照后6h,是家兔视网膜组织厚度易发生显著性降低的一个重要的时间点;高功率微波辐照后72h,家兔视网膜细胞数量明显的升高。高功率微波造成家兔眼视网膜组织的急性损伤,其损伤强度与暴露后时间存在一定的时效关系。The work is to observe retinal histopathology in rabbits at different hours after exposure to high peak power microwaves (HPPM), and to determine acute retina injury induced by microwaves. Twenty-eight Chinchilla rabbits were randomized into sham group and exposure groups of 0h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h and 72h after the exposure, and received sham exposure or 90W/cm^2 microwave exposure for 15min. The acute effects of retinal histopathology after HPPM exposure were investigated by measuring the retinal layer thickness and cell counts of INL and GCL. The retina of all exposure groups have histopathological changes. The key time point was 6h after exposure. Thickness of the retina layer decreased significantly and the cell counts of INL and GCL increased significantly at 72h after exposure. Effects of the retinal histopathology have regular relation with the time after exposure. HPPM may bring about obviously early retina injure, as is evidenced by the histopathological effects that show the time-dependent feature.
