GnRH类似物－Buserelin在体外受精与胚胎移植超排卵（长方案）治疗中的作用

摘　　要：从１９９４年４月至１９９５年７月在体外受精与胚胎移植超排卵中，应用ＧｎＲＨ类似物－Ｂｕｓｅｒｅｌｉｎ及ＦＳＨ／ｈＭＧ长方案治疗９例（Ⅰ组）与单独用ＦＳＨ／ｈＭＧ１２例（Ⅱ组）进行比较。结果：Ⅰ组的ＦＳＨ／ｈＭＧ用量大，用药时间长，其受精率、卵裂率及妊娠数均高于Ⅱ组。卵巢过度刺激综合征（ＯＨＳＳ）发生率明显低于Ⅱ组。本文研究显示了Ｂｕｓｅｒｅｌｉｎ长方案治疗能明显提高体外受精与胚胎移植的效果。During ovarian stimulation for IVF - ET from April 1994 to July 1995,we undertook a study comparing two groups: 9 cases in group Ⅱ with Buserelin and FSH/hMG,and the other 12 cases ingroup Ⅱ with only FSH/hMG. Results:Patients in group Ⅱ needed more doses and longer duration of FSH/hMG and with the higher fertilization rate,cleavage rate and number of pregnancy than in group Ⅱ. Moreover,the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) was much lower in group Ⅱ than in group Ⅱ. This study suggests that a long protocol of Buserelin plus FSH/hMG had anobvious effect on IVF - ET.
