中华眼镜蛇细胞毒素体外抑制膀胱癌细胞增殖活性的实验性研究

摘　　要：目的研究4种细胞毒素(CTX-10、CTX-11、CTX-12和CTX-13)对膀胱癌细胞株(B IU-87和EJ)的抑制增殖作用.方法用结晶紫法检测CTX对膀胱癌细胞株的抑制增殖作用.结果4种CTX对B IU-87和EJ细胞株均有抑制增殖的活性,并有良好的量效依赖关系,CTX-10、CTX-11、CTX-12和CTX-13对B IU-87细胞作用6 h的IC50分别是6.03,6.27,2.25和2.89 mg/L;对EJ细胞作用6 h的IC50分别是8.02,7.89,3.05和2.76 mg/L.结论4种CTX对膀胱癌细胞株均有抑制增殖的活性,都有潜力成为新的抗膀胱癌药物.Objective The inhibiting tumor cell proliferate actives of four cytotoxins （CTX -10, CTX - 11, CTX -12 and CTX -13） were tested using tow human bladder tumor cell lines （BIU -87 and EJ）. Methods The inhibiting tumor cell proliferate actives of four cytotoxins were tested by crystal violet colorimetric analysis. Results All of the four CTXs showed favorable inhibiting bladder tumor cell proliferate actives and the inhibitory effects showed a definite dose - effect relationship. The IC50 of CTX - 10, CTX - 11, CTX - 12 and CTX - 13 on BIU -87 were 6. 03, 6. 27, 2. 25 and 2. 89 mg/L, the IC50 on EJ was 8. 02, 7.89, 3.05 and 2. 76 mg/ L respectively. Conolusion Four CTXs owned favorable inhibiting bladder tumor cell proliferate actives. They are largely potential anticancer drug for bladder carcinoma.
