海洛因依赖与μ阿片受体基因多态性的关联研究

摘　　要：目的探讨海洛因依赖和μ阿片受体基因多态性的关系.方法应用聚合酶链反应技术检测313例海洛因依赖者和214名正常对照μ阿片受体基因.结果海洛因依赖者和对照组之间的上述的基因型和等位基因频率的差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论μ阿片受体基因多态性与海洛因依赖无关联.Objective To detect relation between heroin dependence and mu opioid receptor gene. Methods Genotype and allele frequencies of polymorphisms of mu opioid receptor gene was examined in 313 heroindependence subjects and 214 normal controls. Results No difference in genotype and allele frequencies of polymorphism of mu opioid receptor gene were observed between heroin - dependent subjects and norreal controls （ x^2 = 3.73, P = 0. 16 and, x^2 = 0, 76, P = 0. 38） . Conclusion The results suggested that polymorphism of mu opioid receptor gene was not associated with heroin dependence.
