SF内固定器治疗胸腰椎骨折52例

摘　　要：目的观察SF内固定器治疗胸腰椎骨折的安全性和疗效．方法对52例胸腰椎骨折患者采用SF内固定器治疗，通过1-7a的随访，观察了解治疗的安全性和有效性．结果在随访期间，52例患者均未发现感染和医源性神经损伤．椎体前高度完全恢复21例，其余恢复在89％以上，椎体后高度恢复达92％以上，Cobb角均在9°以内．术后神经功能恢复好转率为86．5％．结论SF内固定器是一种安全有效的脊柱内固定器，适用于胸腰椎骨折的治疗．Objective To evaluate the safety and effect of SF pedicle internal fixation in treatment of Thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. Methods 52 cases were treated by SF pedicle internal fixation, and then we performed a 1 - 7 years follow - up to study the safety and effect of SF pedicle internal fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. Results 52 patients did not suffer from infection and iatrogenic neurological deficits during follow -up. Anterior vertebral body height was complete recovery in 21 cases, and the rate of other recovery was above 89%. The rate of recovery of posterior vertebral body height was above 92%. The Cobb angle was under 9° in all patients. The rate of recovery of nerves function was 86. 5%. Gonclusion SF pedicle internal fixation is a safe and effective spinal fixation system for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.
