摘　　要：丙泊酚虽已广泛应用于临床,但其作用机制迄今尚未阐明.综述了丙泊酚对中枢神经系统突触后膜各类受体反应性的影响及其机制.General anesthesia mechanism of propofol is unclear in spite of wide use in clinic. In the present review, the authors summarized the effect and mechanism of propofol on postsynaptic receptor reactivity of central nervous system.
