摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT三雏表面遮盖成像(SSD)在颌面部创伤的诊断价值。方法使用SOMATOM-Plas 4层螺旋CT扫描对36例颌面部创伤患者行颌面部平扫加三维重建(SSD),并与术后结果对照。结果单纯上颌骨骨折16例,混合骨折10例,眶底壁骨折10例．结论SSD能清晰显示颌面骨折的立体解剖及周围组织关系,为临床提供较好的整体现模式。Objective ： To study the diagnostic value of SSD of MSCT, in maxillofacial trauma.. Methods： Routine scan with SSD of MSCT （SOMATOM-Plas 4）. in-36 eases of maxillofacial, trauma were.analyzed, and compared with operative results. Result.： Simple fracture in sixteen.eases.. Mixed fracure in ten. cases.Fracture Of orbital base wailin ten cases-Conclusion： SSD can show clearly the spatial anatomic structure and peripheral tisstue relation, and provide well total model for clinical diagnosis.
