腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤48例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤的临床意义。方法对手术治疗48例卵巢良性畸胎瘤临床资料进行分析,其中卵巢畸胎瘤切除43例,单侧附件切除5例。结果48例手术全部在腹腔镜下完成,成功率100%。其中20例在剥除过程中发生破裂,为41．67%,经大量温葡萄糖波及甲硝唑冲洗,术后无1例发生化学性腹膜炎性腹痛。其余28例均完整剥除,术后恢复好,疗效满意。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤,损伤小、手术效果好、安全可行,具有很好的临床价值。Objective ：This article studies the clinical application of using laparoscopy operation to cure dermoid cyst. Methods： analyzes 48 clinical cases of operations to cure dermoid cyst. 43 of 48 cases are spaying dermoid cyst ; and 5 of 48 cases are removal of one side uterine adnexa. Results ： All these surgeries use laparoscopy and are successful. 20 of 48 cases have breaks during peeling and are 41.67% of the total. A large amount of dextrose liquid together with Metronidazole is used to rinse,and there is no chemical peritonitis bellyache after the surgery. All other 28 cases are also successful ,there is no chemical peritonitis bellyache after the surgery. All other 28 cases are also successful ,there is no any break. The patients recover well. Colclusion ：the application of laparoscopy to cure dermoid cyst is safe and practical with tiny damnification and good results. Such practice is with high clinical value.
