摘　　要：介绍了一种自制的分度装置,用于加工喷嘴内部旋流小叶轮,同时对如何提高该装置的分度精度进行了分析。实践证明,该分度装置设计巧妙,制造成本低,且分度精度稳定,可以满足加工要求;使用该分度装置大大减少了工件分度所需要的辅助时间,有效地提高了零件的加工效率,适于小叶轮批量加工。Introduces a kind of scale division device of self- made, which is used for processing wheeling flowage little impeller in the nozzle, and analysises how to raise the scale division accuracy of the device. Practice proving, design of the scale division device is skillful ,manufacturing cost is low, and the scale division accuracy is steady,which can satisfy process request ;using the scale division device can reduce auxiliary time that needed by scale division of workpiece consumedly and raise process result of part effectively , so it applies to lot processing of little impeller.
